Learning for owners and CEOs

Six to eight hours to stop seeing the dashboard as a set of numbers and start seeing which of them are actually about profit.

What usually hurts

I see the numbers on the dashboard but I do not know which of them are actually about profit

Each department head reports in their own frame of reference

Decisions to launch a new market get made without a unit-economics model

What the employee can do after the track

A list of actions, not of topics. This is what certification is built on.

  • 01Reads the chain Deposits → GGR → NGR → EBITDA and knows where margin leaks in it
  • 02Asks department heads questions grounded in metrics, not in impressions
  • 03Understands what the operator owns and what the platform provider owns
  • 04Evaluates a bonus campaign through Incremental NGR, not through the amount issued
  • 05Reads the management dashboard and knows what it is not showing

Questions about this track

Do I as a CEO need to understand the platform’s technical detail?+

No. This track does not go into the back office — that is the Operator Manager track. Here it is the business model, the economics and how to read a management dashboard.

Six to eight hours — is that one day or spread out?+

Whichever suits. The lessons are short, so the track works both as one intensive day and as an hour a week over two or three weeks. Most executives choose the latter.

Does it make sense to take it together with the team?+

Yes, and it is the best case. When the CEO and the department heads take their tracks in parallel, the shared vocabulary appears in weeks rather than in a year.

I have been in the industry a long time. What will I get out of it?+

Usually not new concepts, but those concepts assembled into one system — and the discovery of where your departments put different meanings into the same metrics.
