The most common problem with corporate training is that the employee watches the video and changes nothing about their work. Our format is built so that every lesson ends in an action, not in a feeling of understanding.
Open a step to see it on real material.
Marketing reports two million in bonuses issued this month. Finance cannot answer a simple question: how much of that the company actually lost.
Bonus issued, bonus used, bonus converted and bonus cost are four different numbers. Issued ≠ accepted ≠ wagered ≠ what it cost.
Bonus-to-GGR = Bonus Cost / GGR × 100% and Bonus ROI = Incremental NGR / Bonus Cost. The second is about effect, the first about the load on revenue.
We take a campaign step by step: how much was issued, accepted, wagered, what GGR the group produced against a control group — and only then calculate ROI.
We show which back-office report holds issued, used and converted, why they never collapse into one column, and which wagering status to check before closing the period.
Counting the issued bonus as a cost. Comparing GGR with and without a bonus without a control group. Ignoring bonuses the player never accepted.
Data from two campaigns. Calculate bonus cost, Bonus-to-GGR and Bonus ROI for each, and answer which one is worth repeating.
Five questions on telling issued / used / converted / cost apart, and on when Bonus ROI cannot be calculated at all.
What to check before launching a bonus campaign: segment, control group, wagering, max bet, game contribution, cost cap, success metric and the date the snapshot is taken.
Step 5 is what separates this from a video course. A formula with no shown place in the back office stays theory.
Video lessons are not enough. Along with the training, the team gets tools it keeps using every day.
Ukrainian and English.
Practical assignments are done not on slides but in an environment where consequences are visible: change a bonus configuration and the report changes.
The practical part is adapted to your back office, your bonus policy and your contractual definition of NGR. Those three are exactly where most teams get confused.
