Four certification levels

Analytix certification has four levels. L1 iGaming Business Foundation — the business model and core metrics; L2 Certified Platform Operator — working in the back office; L3 Certified iGaming Analyst — calculating GGR, NGR, CPA, retention, LTV and ROI; L4 Certified Operator Manager — launching and running a client project. Each level closes with a test and a practical assignment.

A certificate records not "course completed" but the list of things the employee can do. That is something you can test in an interview and put into a grade.

L1

iGaming Business Foundation

Understands the business model, ecosystem participants and core metrics.

L2

Certified Platform Operator

L3

L4

How assessment works

The test checks knowledge; the practical assignment checks the ability to apply it on a real scenario.

A light layout — certificates get printed. The final version is agreed alongside the first contract.

For HR and managers

The levels fit naturally into grades and onboarding plans: L1 as a requirement for every new hire, L2 for anyone working in the back office, L3 for anyone making decisions on numbers, L4 for anyone running a client project.
