Every incident gets worked out from scratch because there is no procedure
Learning Operator Manager
The most complete track: from the operator’s business model through platform administration to incident management.
What usually hurts
Launching a new brand lives in one person’s head
The manager does not know what exactly to check in the back office before the first deposit
What the employee can do after the track
A list of actions, not of topics. This is what certification is built on.
- 01Runs a pre-launch check against a checklist: registration, KYC, deposit, bonus, bet, win, withdrawal, reports, access rights
- 02Builds a RACI responsibility matrix between operator and provider
- 03Runs the daily operational routine by procedure, not by memory
- 04Escalates an incident using a template with full context
- 05Navigates the back office: reports, permissions, adjustments, rollbacks
- 06Understands which tasks cannot be delegated to support

Questions about this track
Why is this track twice as long as the others?+
Because it is the only one that includes the full platform block and incident management — 15–20 short practical lessons plus daily operations. It is the largest hands-on part of the programme.
Do we need access to a real platform?+
The practical work happens in a sandbox. If you want the assignments run against your own back office, that is a possible adaptation — discussed separately.
Our managers are at different levels. Can the track be split?+
Yes. Everyone takes the first three courses, while Platform Administration and Incident Management can go only to the people who actually close incidents.
How long does it take in practice?+
12–16 hours of learning time usually spread over four to six weeks. We do not recommend pausing a manager for two full days — the practice lands better between real tasks.
