Support escalates what it should have resolved itself
Learning Support, Payments and Risk
From the player account to incident escalation. So the first line resolves what it should resolve and spots the signals it should spot.
What usually hurts
Fraud signals get noticed after the payout rather than before
A player dispute gets handled without one procedure
What the employee can do after the track
A list of actions, not of topics. This is what certification is built on.
- 01Reads a player account state: verification, balance, bonus status, transaction history
- 02Understands the deposit path: cascading, routing, declines, chargebacks, rolling reserve
- 03Runs a KYC check by procedure: documents, source of funds, sanctions screening
- 04Recognises bonus-abuse patterns and suspiciously uniform behaviour
- 05Applies responsible-gambling tools against defined triggers
- 06Escalates an incident using a template with full context

Questions about this track
Three different functions in one track — is that not too much?+
They overlap daily: support receives a ticket about a failed payment that turns out to be a fraud signal or an incomplete KYC. Splitting them in training leaves gaps exactly where gaps cost the most.
Will you teach fraud detection?+
The track gives the patterns and the investigation logic — when a coincidence of signals stops being a coincidence. It does not replace an antifraud system; it teaches spotting the signal and escalating correctly.
Our support is outsourced. Can you train the contractor?+
Yes, provided you as the client approve the group composition. It is a common scenario — outsourced support is precisely the team most often missing the business context.
Is responsible gambling included?+
Yes, as a dedicated block: triggers, tools and procedure. On regulated markets it is not optional.
