How pricing works

There is no fixed price list — the number is built around your team. Four things drive it: headcount (the main multiplier, with cost per person falling as the group grows), the set of tracks, the delivery format (self-paced costs less than live sessions) and how deeply the material is adapted to your back office. We send the proposal within one business day of a twenty-minute call.

There is no price list, and that is not an attempt to hide anything. Two companies with the same headcount get different programmes: one needs a single track for five people, another needs four tracks for thirty plus adaptation to its own back office. Below are the four things that drive the number, so you can gauge the order of magnitude before we even talk.

Four factors

01

Number of employees

The main multiplier. The more people, the lower the cost per person: the programme is prepared once regardless of group size.

02

Set of tracks

One track for one department costs noticeably less than four tracks across the company. But tracks share courses, so each additional one adds less than the first.

03

Delivery format

Self-paced in the learning environment — is the baseline. Live sessions with a trainer and workshops add cost, because that is a person’s time rather than access to material.

04

Adaptation to your product

Practice on your examples — your back office, your bonus policy, your contractual definition of NGR. This is the most expensive component and also the one with the greatest effect.

Three typical configurations

This is about scope, not about the sum — so you can recognise your situation and come to the conversation with your inputs ready.

One department

One track, 5–10 people, self-paced. Usually when one function needs lifting: marketing, CRM or support.

Several departments

Two to four tracks, 15–30 people, self-paced with a few live sessions. The most common configuration: the team starts speaking one language.

The whole company

All six tracks, 30+ people, adaptation to your back office and bonus policy, recurring sessions for new hires.

Questions about cost

Why is there no price list?+

Because any number in a price list would be wrong for most readers. Training five people on one track and thirty people on four tracks with adaptation differ by an order of magnitude. We would rather give you an exact quote after a twenty-minute conversation than a vague number that means nothing.

How does payment work?+

By contract and invoice, once the programme scope is agreed. Terms are fixed in the proposal.

Can we add people later?+

Yes. Adding employees within an existing contract is standard, especially as a team grows or new people join.

Is there a minimum?+

We work with teams rather than individuals — the training is built around getting departments to speak one language. For individual learning there is a separate route.

Can we pay in instalments?+

Yes, for multi-track programmes that is common practice. The schedule is agreed in the proposal.
