These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Analytix website, online learning platform, courses, educational materials and related digital services (the “Services”). By purchasing or accessing an Analytix course, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Analytix
Analytix is an independent online educational project operated by:

Analytix provides educational content focused on the iGaming industry, business concepts, product mechanics, analytics and analytical thinking.
Analytix does not operate a casino, sportsbook, lottery or any other gambling service. We do not accept wagers, provide gambling accounts, process gambling transactions or offer monetary prizes.
2. Educational purpose
All content provided through Analytix is for educational and informational purposes only.
The courses may discuss concepts used within the iGaming industry, including RTP, house edge, variance, player behaviour, bonuses, retention, VIP systems and other industry mechanics.
Nothing in the courses constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, legal advice or a guarantee of any financial or business outcome.
3. Purchases and payments
Payments for Analytix digital products are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for transactions completed through Paddle.
Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, invoices, payment-related customer service and refunds in accordance with its own buyer terms and refund policies.
The final purchase price, applicable taxes and payment terms are displayed before the customer completes the transaction.
4. Access to the course
After successful payment, access to the purchased course is provided electronically through our learning platform, currently hosted using Kwiga or another platform designated by Analytix.
Access details may be sent to the email address provided during registration or purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Personal use
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a course grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the course for your own educational purposes.
You may not:
- share your account with other persons;
- reproduce or redistribute course materials;
- record, copy or republish video lessons;
- resell access to the course;
- upload course materials to file-sharing or public platforms;
- use our materials to create substantially identical commercial educational products without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Analytix brand, course structure, videos, texts, graphics, presentations, downloadable materials, quizzes and other original course content are owned by Analytix or used with appropriate authorisation.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to the customer.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to maintain continuous access to our digital products but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues or third-party platform availability.
We may update course materials, interface elements or the structure of the Services where reasonably necessary to improve the product or keep information current.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Transactions processed through Paddle may also be subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy, and to the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the customer.
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Analytix will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of the educational materials.
We do not guarantee that completion of any course will result in employment, promotion, increased revenue, improved gambling outcomes or any other specific result.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where a user materially violates these Terms, including unauthorised sharing, reproduction, resale or fraudulent use of the Services.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
