Learning on your own?

Analytix works with companies: we train the teams of operators, platform providers and affiliate agencies. These programmes do not have individual seats.

If you want to get into the industry on your own, the Analytix Academy professional programme is available on external learning platforms.

Analytix courses are built around one company's own reporting: a participant derives NGR from their operator's contractual definition, reads their own cohort report and checks their own back office against a checklist. Outside a team, half of that work has nothing to land on — which is why we do not sell individual access.

The second reason is certification. Levels L1–L4 record the list of things an employee can do at work, confirmed by a practical assignment on a real scenario. Without a company's context that assignment collapses into a memory test.

Part of the material is open and needs no company behind you:

• The metrics glossary — 33 iGaming metrics, each with a formula, a worked example and the common mistake people make reading it.
• The RTP and variance simulator — a thousand spins show why session RTP does not equal the theoretical figure.
• The course catalogue — the full structure of five courses and 45–56 lessons, which makes the logic of the levels visible.

That is enough to find your footing in the vocabulary before you enter the industry, or before you bring a team to be trained.
